Returns Policy:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return your product for store credit or a different product within 30 days of purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Gifts Cards are non-refundable.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

All Returns are at the customers cost.

Any products over £75 we recommend using a tracked service.

We aim to issue your store credit or send your replacement item within 10 working days.

Faulty Item:

We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or an incorrect item in your delivery. 

Please email darlings-boutique@outlook.com with a picture of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details.

We will aim contact you within 24 hours to rectify this.
